The Code Compliance Division promotes and maintains a safe and desirable living and working environment for Clinton residents and business owners. Enforcement includes business and neighborhood code compliance. The code division also provides programs and services such as vacant building monitoring and dangerous buildings inspections, graffiti abatement, and rental housing inspections in a continuous effort to keep neighborhoods safe and clean by working with the community.
